Valentine’s Day, that is. Some people love it, some people hate it, and some people… Just don’t care either way. But if you are one of the ones that love it or you at least know your spouse loves it then you need to have a really good card ready. It carries even more weight If you made it by hand! I’m doing a demo February 8th for the Illinois Art league on how to create these little beauties.

But if you think you’re all thumbs and you need more than a 30-minute demo I also have classes to offer either in my studio or online with Zoom. You can find a variety of them with the dates and times on my website. I personally will be glad to show you step by step how to create a card you can be proud of.
Over the last few days I have been putting my newsletters together. All things Valentine! Almost at least. I have a feeling by Valentine’s Day I might be a little tired of seeing hearts but for now I’m loving them.
Oh, and if you want to come to that 30-minute demo (No charge) through the Illinois Art league drop me an email here and I’ll personally get you on the invite list. Yes, you Do have to know how to navigate your way around Zoom because I will end up sending you a link that you click on and if you have used zoom before it will bring you right into the room.
If you’re looking for the mini Valentines like we used to get in school that you can hand out or give with a present I can set you up there too. These are more sophisticated than the 32 per box you buy at the dollar store, these are prints of my art with matching colored envelopes!

I had so much fun making this in a way it took me back to school days. Well let me know what you think, please feel free to leave comments below. I do try to read them all, oh who am I kidding it’s not like there’s ever a hundred comments, lol. Surprise me won’t you?
Later!
Ruth
